We are an IT Consultancy with a primary focus on innovation engineering across Cyber Security, CloudOps and Software Testing. Our tailored IT solutions allow organisations to optimise productivity, reduce costs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for a Solutions Architect to work on one of our projects in the government sector.

About the Role

This role sits within the Customer Information team and supports the Intercity Customer Information Systems program, a key initiative aimed at delivering real-time, reliable and consistent information to customers across multiple channels, including:

  • Station screens
  • Mobile and web platforms
  • Audio and PA systems
  • 3rd-party integrations (e.g. apps)

Key responsibilities:

  • Own solution design from initial concept through to implementation and review
  • Produce solution options and apply high-level costings
  • Deliver technical documentation and architecture artefacts
  • Provide oversight across design, delivery, and post-implementation
  • Manage complex data flows and integrations with internal and external systems
  • Act as technical lead and advisor for Customer Information projects

About You

  • Experience working as a solution architect across various IT-based transformation projects
  • Ideally TOGAF certified
  • Some experience working in the government sector would be advantageous.
