We're a Sydney based Solar and Battery company based in Blacktown. We are known for quality installs, tight safety standards and a no-nonsense, friendly, in-house team.

We are looking for an Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up leads, contacting prospective clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be working from our Blacktown office 3 or 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Clearly communicate our products and services to potential clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.

About You:

• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organised.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $49,900.00 – $108,474.96 per year

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
