About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser (3 days a week) based in Perth to support our retail presence and uphold the premium standard associated with the Penrite brand.

In this role, you will work closely with key retail partners to ensure our product range is well-presented, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standard. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working autonomously, and takes pride in maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.

This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to represent one of Australia's most trusted oil and lubricant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are fully merchandised with Penrite products
  • Implement promotional displays and marketing materials in-store
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and staff
  • Monitor stock rotation and report on inventory levels and sales trends
  • Identify and report any issues related to stock presentation or supply
  • Provide product knowledge and brand updates to store teams as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a merchandising, retail, or FMCG role (automotive industry preferred but not essential)
  • A passion for high-quality Australian-made products
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel between store locations
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work across different store locations within the Perth metro area
