Elwood Bathers is a restaurant, bar and events venue with flawless views across Port Philip Bay. We pride ourselves on our menu which includes locally sourced, classic bistro cuisine and a wine list which features some of Victoria's finest producers.
Our 130 seat restaurant currently includes a private dining room, events space, outdoor terrace, bar area and beach club.

As Melbourne's 'must visit' venue, we aim to provide everything our guests desire - spectacular setting, high quality food and beverages with exceptional service. In order to deliver this, we are seeking Demi Chefs and a Chef de Parties to assist in our busy kitchen.
Requirements-
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Passionate about and confident cooking modern Australian bistro cuisine
- Confident working in a busy kitchen and strong team environment
- Available to work lunch and dinner services on a rotating roster
- Experienced in bulk food preparation
