We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the team

This role will be pivotal in delivering change analysis services across two high-profile digital transformation projects:

  • Replacing a legacy workforce management system for critical service areas.
  • Introducing a modern SaaS-based briefing solution to improve workflow and functionality.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify and address areas of change.
  • Develop and deliver change and adoption strategies, business readiness checklists, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Create process maps, business process flows, and clear documentation to support awareness, adoption, and productivity.
  • Prepare and deliver communications, training materials, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Produce regular progress reports, risk updates, and handover documentation.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in real a Change Analysis role.
  • Strong background in organisational change management tools, methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage the people side of change - business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and structures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience in government or large-scale transformation programs highly regarded.
