We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Sydney team and play a vital role in supporting our candidates, consultants and the wider business.
About the Role
As our Talent Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth recruitment processes and a welcoming office environment, working in our Sydney Office full-time. You'll:
- Build and maintain job-ready candidate pools across diverse industries
- Screen, register, and interview candidates to assess suitability
- Coordinate compliance checks (ID, right-to-work, WHS, references)
- Support consultants with shortlisting, resume formatting, and reporting
- Keep candidates engaged with regular communication and updates
- Ensure our Sydney office runs smoothly – from front-of-house reception to meeting room bookings and supplier coordination
- Handle incoming calls via the main phone line and coordinate triage
- Collaborate on projects and innovation initiatives to continuously improve how we work
About You
You're someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the person everyone can count on. You're organised, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, whether that's coordinating candidates, managing compliance, or ensuring the office feels welcoming.

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration
