Sydney, New South Wales, Australia PRF Hub Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Introduction

Drive lasting social change through finance.

At the Paul Ramsay Foundation, we are driven by a bold mission: to help end disadvantage in Australia. Since 2016, we've committed over $1 billion in grants and $170 million in impact investments, working with more than 200 partners to create meaningful, lasting change.

Impact investing is at the heart of aligning our resources with our mission. In 2022, we launched two dedicated funds that place impact and purpose alongside financial performance:

  • Endowment Impact Fund – delivering risk-adjusted market returns through a fund-of-funds strategy.

  • Impact First Fund – prioritising measurable impact in PRF's outcome areas, while accepting concessionary financial returns where they unlock transformative change.

We are now seeking an Impact Investing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of our impact investing journey. Working closely with the Head of Impact Investing, you will help identify, analyse, and manage high-quality opportunities, lead due diligence processes, nurture relationships across a growing portfolio, and support the development of our expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your financial and analytical expertise to investments delivering measurable impact and sustainable financial returns. You'll be joining at an exciting time as we continue to grow a well-diversified portfolio that reflects our mission and ambition.

If you want your work to contribute to reshaping systems, driving social good, and redefining what capital can achieve, we'd love to hear from you.
