Ocean Shores Country club is looking for a reliable Western Cuisine Chef to join our team. Grill, pans, fryers, wood oven & pastry. Busy venue, lunch & dinner 7 days. 5 days a week position. Full time available, part time and casual welcome.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience managing all elements of an operational kitchen A team leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example A desire to bring delicious food to every single guest in the restaurant & bar A problem solver with a positive attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager in planning menus and creating new dishes Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment Delegate tasks to Kitchen Staff Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and controlling costs
