We're on the hunt for a dynamic Graduate Transition & Industry Partnerships Officer to join our team In this exciting role, you'll walk alongside learners as they move from study to meaningful work, further education, volunteering, or community contribution. You'll also be the connector, building strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, and education providers to open real-world doors.

From career workshops and mentoring to coordinating placements and building networks, this role blends people skills, purpose, and strategic collaboration. You'll be making sure the learners are supported before, during, and after their training journey.

In this role, you'll:

  • Support learners before, during, and after training with guidance and job-readiness workshops.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers and community groups.
  • Coordinate placements and volunteering aligned with learner goals.
  • Organise events connecting learners to real-world opportunities.
  • Use feedback to keep programs relevant and effective.

What we're looking for:

  • A natural connector who builds relationships easily.
  • Experience helping others through career or life transitions.
  • Confidence navigating education systems with a people-first focus.
  • Someone organised who thrives in teamwork and loves seeing growth.
  • WWCC, NDIS Check, and Driver's License
