Cafe Supervisor – Arlo Elwood

Arlo Elwood is seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Elwood.

We're a vibrant, community-focused café known for outstanding coffee, fresh seasonal food, and warm hospitality. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can support our team and ensure smooth daily service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support front-of-house team members during service
  • Maintain excellent customer service and café standards
  • Assist with training and developing staff
  • Ensure consistency in coffee, food quality, and presentation
  • Uphold a positive, professional, and welcoming environment

About You:

  • Previous café or hospitality supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about quality coffee, food, and customer service
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
