Cafe FOH Barista - Fifi La Femme
The Role
As our Front of House Barista you will be responsible for joining our talented team and the seamless running of our Kotara store.
You will be expected to deliver the highest standard of customer service, whilst being pro-active in reducing costs and increasing sales.
Reporting to the Multi Site Supervisor, this role is a casual/perm-part time position in Westfield Kotara, where you will work with the front of house team as well as our talented bakery team to deliver an exceptional experience that will satisfy our loyal customers and create a reason for new customers to seek us out.
We trade 7 days so there will be the requirement for weekend work. Sometimes you will start early, or finish late but every day you'll lead by example with your crew and inspire them to raise the bar through our offering and provide a standout customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating amazing coffee;
- Inspiring our baristas and floor team to deliver a specialty coffee experience that keeps our loyal customers returning;
- Working as a team and loving what you do
- Focus on a great customer service experience
- Working as an integral part of our evolving team.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years as a Barista in cafe setting;
- Experience working with food and in a kitchen;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
- WHS knowledge and understanding of compliance with food standards;
- A passion for specialty coffee and a keen interest to learn more.
