Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager

We have a beautiful waterfront restaurant and bar, our cuisine is Modern Australian and we are looking for someone to assist, working under the guidance of the Venue Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee lunch or dinner service & supervise under the guidance of the Venue Manager

  • Assist with guiding the junior team members, fostering a culture of positivity through product knowledge and standard operating procedures.
  • Supporting the management team and assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction across all areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • RSA
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with attention to detail and an ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
