The Role - North Perth, WA (with potential travel to the Northern Territory)

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and the beauty industry? We're seeking a highly driven Business Consultant with a qualification in Beauty Therapy to join our team at Dermalogica.

This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition. The majority of your time will be spent cold calling in-person, visiting salons and clinics face-to-face, and following up with prospects to convert them into successful Dermalogica business partners. If you thrive on the challenge of opening new doors and love turning conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pursue and secure new business through in-person cold calling, and persistent lead follow-up, this is the core of your role.
• Clearly communicate the value of partnering with Dermalogica to prospective accounts.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with partners to create strategic business development plans that drive results.
• Support clients with the implementation of product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Represent Dermalogica at education programs, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Deliver accurate, timely reports to the management team.

You'll be responsible for building and managing business across North Perth and surrounding areas, with the potential to expand and grow the brand into the Northern Territory remotely and possibly through travel and strategic outreach.
