Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and nurture a brigade of up and coming chefs of the future.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining extremely high standards and expectations within the kitchen.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills.
• Understanding of par levels and stock control.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge or passion for Asian cuisine
• Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills
• Experience in ordering
• Strong understanding of HACCP food safety standards
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
