Job Title: Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver (Casual)

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves assisting with warehouse operations, restocking shelves, preparing orders, and delivering goods to customers. The position requires excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. The role is casual, with approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Duties

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing goods.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Restock products on shelves and maintain a tidy warehouse environment.
• Help with stock checks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift license preferred but not essential).

Delivery Duties

• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Represent the company positively during customer interactions.

Customer Service

• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers during deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide support when needed.
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (essential).
• Forklift license (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in warehouse or delivery work (preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Full working rights in Australia (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or visa with unlimited work rights)

Working Conditions:

• Casual position: 20–25 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday only — no weekend work required.
• Physical work including lifting, moving stock, and driving.
