Are you a passionate beauty therapist looking for a role that fits around your life while still letting you grow your career? At Highlight Beauty, we specialise in premium brows, lashes, and advanced skin treatments and we're looking for the right therapist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a casual position with flexible hours to start, but for the right person there will be a clear pathway to a full-time role. You'll be working across a mix of treatments, including: Brow shaping, waxing, tinting/dye, Facials (with premium skin products) Skin needling (you must already be certified — non-negotiable) Lash lifts and lash extensions (training provided if needed) We're looking for someone who will not only be a great fit for our team culture, but also connect beautifully with our loyal client base.

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year experience in one or more of our core services (brows, lashes, facials, skin)
  • Already hold a skin needling qualification (non-negotiable)
  • Are confident with brows and eager to grow your lash skills
  • Are reliable, professional, and passionate about results
  • Take pride in detail and delivering a luxury experience
  • Have great people skills — you make clients feel comfortable and confident
  • Enjoy recommending products to help clients get the best results
  • Value teamwork and a supportive salon culture
