The College of Climate Change - Head Office in Malaga, Perth.

We are looking for the right people who are dependable, reliable, and experienced to join our Admin team in Malaga. Flexible hours, able to work up to 38 hours per week.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1.     Certificate or diploma in business administration, or related field.

2.     Experience or demonstrated understanding of basic administrative duties.

3.     Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

5.     Good written and verbal communication skills.

6.     Strong time management and organisational skills.

7.     Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Admin Junior supports the daily functions of the Administration Department, helping ensure accuracy in student enrolment tracking and administrative efficiency.

Student Records and Enrolment Management

·       Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date student profiles in the enrolment system.

·       Monitor student records and follow up on pending information, ensuring timely updates and documentation.

·       Collaborate with the Admin Manager and Sales Team to ensure seamless handover of enrolment and financial data.

Administrative Assistance

·      Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin Manager and other team members as required.

·      Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

·      Support meeting arrangements including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

·      Perform timely and precise data entry into internal databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

·      Respond to internal and external queries efficiently, either via email, phone, or in person, ensuring professional communication at all times.

·      Support students through their enrolment process by ensuring all necessary documents are collected and filed correctly.

·      Proactively follow up with students to obtain any missing or incomplete documents required for enrolment.

·      Collaborate with the admissions or academic teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure enrolment is not delayed.

Skills and experience:

·       Talking on the phone in an admin environment.

·       Strong communication and listening skills.

·       Prior customer service experience (desirable).
