Salesperson - Cardboard Packaging

About the Role

The Box Man are seeking an experienced on-site Salesperson to join our team. You'll be responsible for order processing, answering phone calls, assisting in-store customers, and ensuring all interactions are professional and friendly. The role can involve manual handling of stock and packaging, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.

Previous sales experience is essential, as the role requires excellent customer service, strong phone and email etiquette. Experience in the packaging industry preferred, but not essential. Our operating system is fully integrated with live quoting, making it simple and efficient to provide accurate information to customers, meaning confidence using computers to manage orders, emails, and inquiries is required.

Location: Kewdale, WA 6105

Hours: Full-time, 7:30am–4:00pm Mon–Thurs, 7:30am–3:00pm Fridays.

Start Date: Immediate start available

Contract: Permanent (3-month probation)

Pay Rate: $29/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Facility Parking: Shared carpark. Plenty of available spaces.
