- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across DER functions.
- Represent the DER Connections area and wider business in external stakeholder working groups focused on process improvement across both small scale and commercial products, compliance and market evolution.
- Collaborate with government agencies to shape energy policy and innovation pathways.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on DER connections, WA Residential Battery Rebate Scheme and risk mitigation for DER processes.
- Ensure alignment between application capabilities and strategic energy objectives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Tertiary qualifications in a project management, commercial or business discipline or a relevant Electricity (network) qualification.
- A broad and or deep knowledge within a Customer Service environment or related area.
