As a growing international business, APEO and NZPEO is now entering an exciting next phase of brand development and lead generation. To support this, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help execute our marketing roadmap. This newly created position will play a key role in ensuring marketing activities run smoothly across social media, content creation, website updates, awards, events, and more.
About the Role
Reporting to the Fractional CMO, this role will support the implementation of the marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You'll assist with content creation, social media management, website updates, and lead generation campaigns, helping to build brand awareness and credibility.
This is a hands-on, varied position suited to a proactive "do-er" who enjoys taking initiative and bringing ideas to life. Working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure marketing projects progress efficiently and align with APEO's global goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute social media activities across LinkedIn and Meta, including post scheduling, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
 - Draft and publish engaging content for APEO's website, social channels and Google Business Profile.
 - Update and maintain the website with fresh content, case studies, blogs, and news.
 - Support lead generation campaigns and digital advertising initiatives.
 - Coordinate award submissions, nominations, and event-related marketing tasks.
 - Assist with HubSpot data management, campaign tracking and reporting.
 - Work with external partners to deliver marketing projects on time.
 - Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints - visual and messaging – across the two countries.
 - Contribute ideas for content and social campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
 - Support the preparation of marketing reports and campaign summaries.
 
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in marketing execution or marketing coordinator role.
 - A love for content marketing, social and all things digital.
 - Strong writing skills with a keen eye for grammar and detail.
 - Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) and content scheduling tools.
 - Experience using HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
 - An understanding of website content management (WordPress or similar).
 - Highly organised, agile, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
 - Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team.
 - Self-motivated, with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and a passion for learning.
 - Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent (Preferred)
