We're currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for to work with a well-established company in the earthmoving industry.

In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing excavators and other heavy machinery, ensuring all equipment is running safely and efficiently to support ongoing projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong diagnostic skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm $58.75 per hour.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Diesel Mechanic, specifically with earthmoving equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex issues
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in diesel mechanics or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in the earthmoving or construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
