We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager to join our clients ever growing Property Management Department and we are actively interviewing now

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively on a variety of different levels and have at least 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or a leasing Consultant.

You will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with prospective tenants
  • Showing properties by appointment & OFIS
  • Conduct Routine inspections
  • Entry condition reports
  • Final inspections
  • Out of office Property Management duties to assist the Property Management team

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Personable drive & motivation
  • Ambitious and bubbly
  • Min 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant or Similar
  • Current Cert IV or Agents Rep
