The Role:
The Hive is Crown's central employee hub - a welcoming space where our team members take breaks, enjoy meals, and recharge.
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cafeteria Attendant on a part-time 2 basis hours a fortnight) individuals to join our Hive team and help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and friendly environment.
As a Cafeteria Attendant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team members by:
- Providing friendly and efficient service during meal breaks.
- Replenishing supplies including teas, sugars, coffees, cutlery, and other essentials.
- Maintaining cleanliness across The Hive and surrounding break areas.
- Ensuring all guest-use items are available and topped up throughout the day and night.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensuring all items for guest use are available and replenished at all times
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the main area and all areas that fall under the Hive footprint
- Have a strong understanding of food hygiene and workplace health and safety practices
- Be available to work across a rotating 24/7 roster - including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
What You'll Bring:

- Hold a high school or equivalent qualification
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene practices and health and safety within a workplace
This role requires you to:
- Work across a 24/7 rotating roster with inclusion of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
