The Opportunity: Assistant Director

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
  • Location: Bellmere
  • Hours: 37.5 hours with flexibility
  • Compensation: Up to $40 per hour + super + retention

We would love you to have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience as an assistant director
  • Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
  • Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • A current Qld Blue Card
  • Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

About Us: Bellmere Early Education Centre is located in the heart of Bellmere, on Bellmere Road, a short 200m walk from Bellmere State School. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.  Sustainability is something we are passionate about and we love to explore these practices with the children in our care.  We respect the continuing connection of Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander Traditional Owners and Custodians to the land on which our services stands and share this in our teachings with the children.
