Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and supplier queries.
  • Perform month-end activities such as journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and reconcile credit card statements and other expense accounts.
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within AP and month-end workflows.

What we're looking for:

  • A switched-on and hardworking attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with Excel and accounting systems.
  • Able to showcase achievements within the AP and month end workflows.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Full working rights.
