We're on the looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Buyer's Agent to join our growing team. If you have completed your real estate certificate and are passionate about property, and ready to learn, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career as a buyers agent.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in sourcing and inspecting residential properties

  • Call leads to book in initial meetings

  • Conduct market and suburb research to identify opportunities

  • Prepare property reports and client briefs

  • Liaise with agents, sellers, clients, and other stakeholders

  • Support due diligence and negotiation processes

  • Attend private viewings on behalf of clients

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Queensland Salesperson Registration Certificate (essential)

  • A genuine passion for real estate and property investment

  • An honest and hardworking personality

  • Initiative and a sense of urgency

  • Ability to build rapport on phone calls

  • Strong research, communication, and organisational skills

  • Sound multitasking skills

  • Professional presentation and client service mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
