About All Family Nursing Care

All Family Nursing Care is a nurse practitioner-led, registered NDIS provider specialising in mental health, youth support, accommodation, and community nursing. We are passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of individuals, including those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. As part of our commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community, we now offer specialised services for children and young people, particularly those who are at risk, vulnerable, or in out-of-home care.


Youth Support Services

Our dedicated team of Youth Workers provides 24/7 support to children and young people with complex needs. Support includes:

  • Personal care
  • Emotional support
  • School drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Community access and activities
  • Domestic assistance

We are seeking compassionate, capable individuals who are:

  • Experienced and passionate about working with high-needs, at-risk children
  • Committed to supporting people to live their best lives
  • Skilled in building meaningful relationships and achieving positive outcomes
  • Excellent communicators, able to engage with children with complex needs and liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Able to provide consistent emotional support and stability to young people

Requirements
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid Open Driver's Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
