*About the role*We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Cleaning Team on a Fixed-Term Full-Time basis. This is a 4 month Contract, commencing on 22 September 2025 and ending on 31 January 2026

To be successful in this role, you will have a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card) andproven leadership and management skills to effectively manage and coordinate the activities of a diverse Team.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will have;
- A demonstrated ability to develop and sustain productive working relationships including the ability to effectively resolve conflict, while maintaining strong working relationships and a desire to positively contribute as a Team Member.
- Preferred experience working within the commercial cleaning industry, including knowledge of relevant safety and legislative requirements.
- The ability to actively promote Workplace Health and Safety.
The Cleaning Supervisor will not be required on the tools unless absolutely necessary - their primary focus will be to support and guide an amazing Team in their daily operations.
