We're seeking an experienced Email Demand & Performance Manager to join the Enterprise Marketing team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll own the email strategy, planning, and optimisation across the JAPAC region, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance outcomes.

What You'll Do:

* Own the regional email marketing strategy in alignment with global frameworks and digital journey plans

* Deliver, test, and optimise email campaigns, ensuring high-quality, personalised customer experiences

* Oversee audience management, segmentation, and engagement performance

* Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and reporting across regions

* Analyse and present campaign performance to identify insights and improvement opportunities

Must-Haves:

* 5-10 years' experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing

* Proven experience in SaaS or technology industries

* Hands-on expertise with tools such as Marketo, Adobe Real-time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer

* Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Excel)

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
