  • Lead the design and delivery of engaging, business-aligned learning programs
  • Partner with diverse stakeholder groups across a fast-paced environment
  • Salary circa $155 (incl super)
About the role:
  • Align L&D initiatives to business priorities through effective consultation and stakeholder engagement
  • Design and facilitate learning solutions that are tailored, practical, and commercially relevant
  • Lead the uplift of internal capability by developing in-house expertise and optimising external provider use
About you:
  • Prior experience in L&D or OD roles, ideally within fast-moving, operationally diverse environments
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capability to work across all organisational levels
  • Ability to develop and implement learning that is contemporary, user-centred, and measurable in its impact
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, blended learning, and coaching frameworks.
