Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, taking orders and serving beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings to provide an enhanced experience for customers.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses.
  • Fun, energetic and passionate about the hospitality industry as a whole.
