We are now hiring Physiotherapist / Rehab Therapist / Performance Therapist / Technician to join our startup‐phase team, help shape our culture, and deliver world-class care from gym-goers to professional athletes.

Your Mission

  • Deliver high-quality assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation services tailored to each client (from general public, gym clients, to elite athletes)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team: strength coaches, nutritionists, performance trainers, wellness specialists
  • Follow treatment plans, adjust as necessary, monitor progress and outcomes
  • Educate clients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, mobility, functional training
  • Contribute to the development of protocols, standard operating procedures, and clinical systems
  • Participate in team culture building: staff training, knowledge sharing, positive work vibes

What We're Looking For

Must-haves / Nice-to-haves:

Requirement Preference / Bonus

Degree or certification in Physiotherapy / Sports Therapy / Rehabilitation or related field

Experience with athletes, trainers, strength & conditioning Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills

Experience in performance / sports rehab Client-centred mindset; passion for coaching, teaching & empathy

Multilingual (English / Vietnamese)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience in a premium / luxury clinic or wellness environment

Willingness to learn new methods, adapt, and grow

Cultural sensitivity, interest in Vietnamese life & culture
