Personal Assistant to Director – Dynamic, Fast-Paced & Rewarding Role

Location: Upper Beaconsfield VIC

Full-time | Building/Land Development

About the Role

This is not your typical PA role. You'll work closely with a very busy Director who operates across multiple ventures — from corporate to international travel to hands-on property and land projects. You'll need to be flexible, proactive, and unflappable under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and travel management
  • Coordinating meetings, logistics, and communications across multiple time zones
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Assisting with administrative and personal tasks as required
  • Liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

About You

You are sharp, resourceful, and thrive in an environment where priorities shift quickly. You can move from a corporate boardroom to a farm site without missing a beat.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a senior executive or director
  • Proven diary and travel management expertise
  • IT savvy – strong with Microsoft Office, Teams, and modern productivity tools

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work long and flexible hours and travel extensively when required

  • Current driver's license – compulsory

  • A thick skin, level head, and a good sense of humour

  • 2nd Language will be looked upon favourably

  • Ability to handle high pressure with professionalism and calm
