Are you passionate about swimming and teaching others? Do you want to leave each week feeling like you have made a difference? We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Swim Teachers to join our growing team We offer an exciting opportunity for both seasoned professionals and those new to teaching.

Position: Swim Teacher

Location: Maitland

Time and Date: Sunday 8am-12pm

Vacancies: Multiple positions available

Type: Casual positions

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for swimming and teaching
  • Previous experience in swim instruction (newly qualified teachers accepted)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with swimmers of all ages and abilities

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Swim Teacher
  • Current CPR
  • WWCC
  • NDISWC (All applicants will need to apply for an NDISWC once they have accepted a position to teach with us)

About Rainbow Club:

Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
