Description
The Opportunity
Due to our growth, we are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. This exciting role will utilise your construction and contract management skills and offer the opportunity to grow and develop further as a specialist in your field, some key responsibilities include:
Manage the scope of works and auditing of on-site construction activities on behalf of our clientAdminister construction contract on behalf of client as the superintendent representative includingAssessment of contractors documentationAssessment of contractors claimsAssessment of contract Programs, & EOTs aAssessment & Monitoring of contractor Inspection Test Plans /SWMS/ Project Management Plan / Environmental Management Plan /Safety Management Plan/ Traffic Management PlanMonitoring works on site and identification of any issues including Site SafetyLiaise with authorities, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.Liaise with and provide advice to the Project and Construction Managers on project related issues.Monitor variations and project budgets,Manage works contracts
About You
Understand civil construction and the project lifecycle5+ years of relevant land development industry experience and water authority accreditationPassionate and ProfessionalCivil Engineering degree (preferred, but not essential)Working knowledge of contract conditionsOur Culture
