We're looking for Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores and help spread festive cheer

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Help customers find and recommend products they'll love.
  • Process sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep the store looking immaculate and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to team sales targets and festive promotions.
  • Be a Brooki brand ambassador, sharing your enthusiasm with every customer.

What you'll bring:

  • A naturally fun, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (fast-paced environments are a plus).
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
