Business Overview

Our Clients & Strategy team covers Business Development, Investor Relations, External Relations, Sustainable Investment and Brand, Marketing & Communications, including Internal Communications.

It is responsible for all communications to investor prospects, existing investors and their asset consultants, as well as a broad range of other stakeholders, including governments and media.

The Role

As an accomplished leader with a strong editorial foundation, you will drive the company's global content strategy, overseeing the creation of innovative and differentiated content across brand, client, and product/capability levels. Central to your success will be enhancing brand visibility and supporting business growth initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisational objectives, brand positioning, and target market preferences. You will also evaluate and refine content quality and messaging to ensure it aligns with client needs and is optimised for a variety of channels, including social, digital, and visual media formats.

Collaboration will be critical, as you partner with global and local marketing leaders responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that bring content to life. You will also establish a robust measurement framework to assess the quality, effectiveness, and impact of content initiatives.

Building and nurturing relationships will be essential as you connect with content producers across investment platforms, research, Global Client Solutions, and Sustainable Investing teams to ensure cohesion and excellence in content delivery.

Your Background and Experience

Ideally having worked in a global leadership role you have. 

  • Extensive experience in journalism, content creation, marketing, or communications within the financial services industry, preferably in private markets investment management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong editorial background, preferably in journalism, with proven ability to lead and inspire teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing geographically dispersed teams and fostering collaboration across locations. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies to drive business objectives.
