We're looking for a passionate Toddler Room Leader (2-3YO) to join our team. We're seeking an experienced leader who can bring creativity, warmth, and fun into the room, while supporting and guiding educators to deliver the very best in early education and care every single day.

The Important Work You'll Do:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families, celebrating each milestone
  • Lead your team by supporting, mentoring, and ensuring every educator feels valued and included
  • Implement our Grow Curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm
  • Communicate openly with families, supporting developmental outcomes for all children
  • Be part of the wider campus leadership team by sharing ideas, setting goals, and driving excellence

About You:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in an room leading in an early childhood setting (2+ years desirable)
  • A natural leader who thrives on teamwork and mentoring
  • Warm, approachable, and passionate about children's development
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and reflective practice
  • Strong knowledge and implementation of the Child Safe Standards
