Skeleton of Woy Woy is part café, part culture hub - inspired by classic Aussie milk bars and surf punk energy. We sling great coffee, hold vintage markets, night pop-ups, weekly farmers markets, and throw a mean staff party. It's a place where locals have become regulars, the team feels like family and work feels a little bit like play.

We're on the hunt for a calm, kind, reliable leader who gets what Skeleton is all about. Someone who can keep the wheels turning smoothly while staying cool under pressure - and can guide our young crew with patience and heart.

The role:

4 early starts (6:30am-230pm) + 1 weekend shift (7:30am-230pm)

Hands-on leadership in a fast-casual, high-volume café

Coffee knowledge and passion for hospo a must

Rostering, ordering, stock, and systems management

Front-of-house presence: welcoming regulars, keeping service smooth

About you:

Experienced café manager (or 2IC ready to step up)

Coffee pro who can talk beans and pour a killer flat white

Strong with customers, even stronger with your team

Organised, reliable, and kind (we really value the "kind")

You vibe with our culture, are a great leader and are all about community
