We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated Data Centre Cabling Technicians to join our talent pool. By registering your interest, you'll be considered for future high-profile telecommunications projects supporting some of the world's largest hyperscale data centre clients.

Joining Alliance SI, will mean:

  • Supporting the structured cabling needs for projects pushing the AI revolution (Cat6A, fibre optics, MPO/MTP, etc.)
  • Working hands-on in clean, high-density rack and cabinet environments.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and Operations teams to deliver quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
  • Interpreting and executing work from project scopes, specs, and drawings.
  • Leading by example on site, fostering a positive, safety-first team culture.
  • Engaging directly with clients, managing site-based communications and requirements.
  • Maintaining top-tier workmanship while upholding all HSEQ standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Current ACMA Licence with endorsements in Structured, Coaxial, and Fibre Optics. An Electrical Licence valid in VIC is also highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of data cabling standards and industry practices.
  • Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and deliver to tight timeframes.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and capable of driving team performance.
