We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
What role will you play?

This will involve ensuring adequate structures and governance are in place for incident and issues management, appropriate escalation and associated reporting of performance metrics.
You will also work closely with Macquarie's businesses on change management initiatives driven by regulatory change or Macquarie's strategic priorities, liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders in delivery against these objectives. You will attend and actively participate in relevant Steering Committees as well as external industry forums and working groups as necessary.
What you offer
- Proven leadership experience in Compliance, Regulatory Reporting and/or risk management
- Extensive experience delivering key programmes of work, along with practical and commercial understanding of compliance frameworks and governance gained within an international financial institution or financial services firm
- Deep subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting, coupled with a strong risk and control mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information to identify themes and priorities for leaders.
We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
