Casual Event Crew – Wedding Ceremony Set Up (Driver Required)

We are a small family-run wedding hire business based in Hornsby, specialising in beautiful ceremony set ups across Sydney. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on casual team member to join us.

About the role:

• Collect, load and drive our van with wedding hire items
• Set up and pack down ceremony furniture (chairs, arches, décor, umbrellas etc.) at venues around Sydney
• Be friendly and professional when interacting with wedding guests, vendors and venues
• Problem-solve on the day and think on your feet if unexpected situations arise
• Work as part of a small supportive team

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Physically strong and capable of lifting/moving furniture
• Based near Hornsby (warehouse location)
• Comfortable talking with wedding guests and other suppliers if needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Availability:

• Saturdays are essential
• Fridays ideal
• Optional Sundays (extra shifts available)
