About Us

Adelita Wine Bar is a boutique wine bar in the Wynnum Manly area which opened, November 2022. Underpinned with a quality share-style menu featuring modern Australian food with a "contemporary European twist", we showcase a global selection of wines inclusive of some of up and coming local winemakers.

Scope

Together with industry professionals, you will plate up a menu of high quality culinary experience, assisted by head chef Luke Pedan. You will be working with a passionate hospitality team, with a shared goal to make Adelita Wine Bar the leading destination place along the Wynnum Manly coast.

You

You will have prior experience in the running of a kitchen and working with a small but dedicated team. You will bring a shared level of passion and enthusiasm to deliver a great experience that could sometimes see you go beyond the confines of the kitchen (we are a small team). You are looking for an establishment to show-case and develop your culinary craft.
