Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Development Consultant based in Canning Vale. The role involves designing and delivering employment development programs, providing tailored consulting and support to participants, and fostering their career growth. Key responsibilities include conducting research to understand participants' goals, offering training sessions tailored to their needs, and maintaining open communication to achieve positive outcomes. The consultant will support individuals through all stages of their employment journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Research skills
  • Experience in Consulting and Training
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively to promote inclusive environments
  • Passion for supporting career development for individuals with disabilities
  • Relevant qualifications in Workforce Development, Training, or related fields are a plus
  • Familiarity with the NDIS framework and guidelines is beneficial
