Laundy Hotels are seeking casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join the team at the Plumpton Hotel. We encourage applicants with their Advanced RCG to apply within for this exciting opportunity

Located in the heart of Glendenning, Plumpton Hotel has recently undergone exciting renovations, giving it a modern look that has quickly become a local favourite, offering a range of exceptional amenities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant at Plumpton, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Providing attentive bar and food service
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required
  • Poker machine maintenance and drink service
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Address and resolve inquiries on the gaming floor

WHO ARE YOU

As a driven, enthusiastic and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

  • Must have current RSA and RCG (ARCG highly desirable)
  • Excellent communicator & team player
  • Gaming Attendant experience preferred
  • Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Sound competency in the end-to-end sequence of service
  • Night-time availability is required, plus ability to work weekends
