This means teaming up with families, schools, and local networks you'll soon know on a first-name basis. Some days you'll be in the clinic, other days supporting people in their homes, WFH, or working in nearby towns – always building strong, genuine connections along the way. You won't just pass through people's lives; you'll be part of them.

Your Role at a Glance

As an OT with Avina, you'll deliver strengths-based, functional therapy that helps clients participate fully in everyday life. You'll enjoy:

• Flexibility that fits – full-time, part-time, school hours (whatever works for you)
• Hybrid working – a mix of clinic, home visits, WFH, and occasional trips to nearby towns
• Vehicle options – choose from using your own vehicle (with KM reimbursement), a pool vehicle for work purposes, or a packaged vehicle for personal and work use
• Realistic targets – 5 billable hours per day, with admin time built in
• Local-first approach – keep your clients close to home, working with clients across the lifespan
• Professional development – $800 CPD + 2 paid days/year, supervision, and peer mentoring
• A supportive, multi-disciplinary team – work alongside OTs, Speechies, and Behaviour Support Practitioners who collaborate to deliver truly person-centered care

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
• A client-first mindset and flexible, evidence-based approach
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver's License, and unrestricted Australian working rights
