Position Title: Cabinetry Fitter / Installer

Reports To: Factory Manager / Director

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

What you'll need:

• Cabinetmaking trade qualification.
• Proven experience installing cabinetry of all types.
• White card + driver's licence.
• Truck licence (or willingness to get one).
• People skills – you'll be the face of our business on site.
• A knack for training and guiding apprentices.

Purpose of the Role

To install a wide range of cabinetry and joinery projects to a high standard, representing our brand professionally on site and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cabinetry, joinery, and associated fittings to high standards.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and apprentices on site.
• Train and supervise apprentices where required.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles (including trucks if licensed).
• Ensure work complies with WHS requirements and site regulations.
• Troubleshoot site challenges and adapt installations as needed.

Key Requirements

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years cabinetry installation experience.
• White Card + current driver's licence.
• Truck licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
