Position Title: Cabinetry Fitter / Installer
Reports To: Factory Manager / Director
Position Type: Full-time, permanent
We're on the hunt for a qualified Cabinetmaker / Installer who knows their way around kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and everything in between.

What you'll need:
- Cabinetmaking trade qualification.
- Proven experience installing cabinetry of all types.
- White card + driver's licence.
- Truck licence (or willingness to get one).
- People skills – you'll be the face of our business on site.
- A knack for training and guiding apprentices.

Purpose of the Role
To install a wide range of cabinetry and joinery projects to a high standard, representing our brand professionally on site and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install cabinetry, joinery, and associated fittings to high standards.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and apprentices on site.
- Train and supervise apprentices where required.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles (including trucks if licensed).
- Ensure work complies with WHS requirements and site regulations.
- Troubleshoot site challenges and adapt installations as needed.
Key Requirements
- Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years cabinetry installation experience.
- White Card + current driver's licence.
- Truck licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
