About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Learning Centre as a Trainee. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone wanting to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As a trainee, you will:

  • Assist educators in delivering a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support daily routines including meal times, play, rest, and learning activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Learn and apply key childcare practices under the guidance of experienced mentors
