The Opportunity

This is the perfect role for an experienced Club Manager ready to step into a broader leadership position.

You'll take ownership of two clubs, guiding their operations, teams, and community engagement — ensuring both sites thrive in line with the Anytime Fitness brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across two clubs
• Drive membership growth through proactive sales, lead management, and retention initiatives
• Deliver a consistent, exceptional member experience in both locations
• Oversee club operations, safety, and presentation standards
• Support local marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Monitor club performance, reporting, and business improvement opportunities

About You

You're a people-focused leader who loves helping others succeed — whether it's your team, your members, or your community.

You bring commercial awareness, energy, and a hands-on approach to everything you do.

You'll Bring

• Experience as a Club Manager or Assistant Manager (fitness industry preferred)
• Proven success achieving sales and membership targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Great organisational and time management skills
• A positive, proactive, and accountable attitude
• Availability to work some Saturdays and travel between clubs
