About the Role

We have a vacancy for a full-time Accessories Installer & Automotive Electrician based at our Ingleburn location. The role consists of fitting service bodies onto new vehicles as outlined in work instructions and engineering drawings; and installation of other accessories onto vehicle and service bodies such as emergency lighting, inverters, dual battery systems, towbars, suspension upgrades, etc.

About Hidrive

Hidrive is the only Australian manufacturer of service bodies for utes, trailers and trucks with a company owned national installation network. This enables us to offer ISO9001 quality, compliance and fleet consistency with an on-time guarantee nationally. We also manufacture our own shelves, benches, drawers, towbars and dozens of other accessories.

Hidrive's light and durable aluminium ute canopies maximise payload and have been continually improved since the 1990s. Engineered more like an aircraft fuselage than a traditional heavy steel box, Hidrive ute canopies are Australia's most popular and have proven bulletproof in the field for decades.

About you

Ideally, you have a great work ethic and are willing to work as part of a multidisciplinary team looking for a long-term stable career in an innovative manufacturing business. Experience in automotive electrical work and accessory installation would be desirable; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
